Roles and Responsibility

Ness Technologies is a global provider of end-to-end IT services and solutions designed to help clients improve competitiveness and efficiency.

Our Design Team, headquartered in Iasi, is working as an independent department helping the delivery teams based on their project needs, ranging from mobile, to embedded solutions. 

We are looking for a colleague that is a creative problem solver and a crafter of intuitive user experiences. You will work as part of our design team, interacting with both business stakeholders and cross-functional Agile teams.

  

  • You are comfortable in all parts of the design process with a real passion for creative, user-centered outcomes. You have a deep understanding of UX practices and methodologies, including user research and testing.
  •  You can deliver the UX of digital experiences (user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes and other artifacts to convey the experience to clients, users and developers)
  •  You can oversee and/ or execute quantitative and qualitative user research
  •  You can design the user interfaces including layout and interactions
  •  You can conduct usability testing to ensure user needs and business goals are met
  •  You can work under general direction, with substantial personal responsibility and autonomy
  •  You have very good planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize own workload.
  •  You are experienced in working and negotiation with team members and clients
  •  You have strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills,
  •  You have the motivation to address the underlying problem and question any assumptions
