Roles and Responsibility

What are we looking for?

·       Someone who has up to 1-2 years’ experience of customer support to join our support team which provides support to our customers / internal employees;

·       As a support representative, you will be monitoring the system and handling both customer requests / issues & internal employee’s incidents;

·       You will be answering Service Desk calls as a Tier 1 trying to assist the internal employees and document their request or problem;

·       Performing additional administrative & QA tasks;

·       High Service orientation abilities to provide a good service to the clients;

·       Willingness to support our customers in 24/7 hours shifts.

Desired Skills

·       1- 2 years of experience providing customer support / application support;

·       Experience working with Active Directory (Users management) -  an advantage;

·       Fluent English, reading, writing, speaking – a must.

Experience that gives strong advantage:

·       Experience in SAAS application;

·       Experience with NOC activities such as real time system monitoring, and incident management.

Personal skills and qualities:

·       Team player;

·       Ability working in a global team;

·       Ability to work in shifts of 24/7, including weekends;

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills;

·       Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;

·       Good interpersonal and customer care skills;
