Roles and Responsibility

QA engineer will be part in all phases of application lifecycle from estimation to delivery. He or she will provide clean and reliable technical solutions at complex uses cases and implement them in established timelines.


  • Follow and respect test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards.
  • Implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites
  • Design and code review
  • Review the test cases and test data generated by the software test engineers and get them to address the review comments.
  • Participate in the design of major features from initial requirements through customer acceptance.
  • Participate in all test activities for development projects, including bug/defect tracking and reporting, integration/ user-acceptance, and regression testing activities.
  • Promptly report, document, and inform upon any issues that may impact upon the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile scrum process, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Desired Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of QA related experience
  • Developing test plans, test suite, test cases
  • Experience using a test management tool.
  • Web Applications testing
  • Ability to generate test effort estimates.
  • Ability to interpret test results for release decisions.
  • Very good communication skills
  • Familiar with Agile methodology
  • Basic knowledge of .NET framework and design guidelines 
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Familiar with an CI tool
  • C#, Selenium WebDriver
  • SpecFlow -  nice to have
