Roles and Responsibility

 We are looking to expand our HR department by teaming-up with a dynamic, enthusiastic, experienced and professional person. 

It’s a challenging job that will give you the context to grow, to express your ideas, to innovate and improve processes and to accomplish great results. 

You will report to the HR Manager who will ensure you a smooth integration and a successful journey within Ness.

 

Core responsibilities:

Suggest, plan and execute strategic HR initiatives for talent retention and motivation;

Identify and drive engagement initiatives;

Plan recognition and appreciation activities;

Analyze trends and metrics related to HR practices;

Monitor job satisfaction and turnover rate of the employees;

Run orientation and onboarding processes;

Support of all employees from a strategic account in terms of monitoring engagement and providing guidance whenever needed;

Act as a consultant on HR management and organizational changes.


Desired Skills

Solid experience with HR practices and employee management – at least 6 years of experience;

Experience communicating with directors and senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions;

Analytical and goal oriented attitude;
